SZL Biomass Steam Boiler

Biomass steam boiler (also called biomass hot water boiler) is the hot sale SZL Series biomass boiler which adopts chain grate which is suitable for burning the biomass fuel like wood chip, biomass pellet, etc. SZL series biomass boiler is the kind of double drum natural circulation boiler with the whole “O”  shaped arrangement and the use of chain grate. The front of biomass steam boiler is the rising flue duct, that is, the furnace, its four walls are covered with membrane wall tube. The rear of biomass steam boiler is arranged convection bank. The economizer is arranged outside the biomass fired boiler.

Similar to coal fired boiler, SZL series biomass boilers also has the characteristics of big heating surface, high thermal efficiency, little fuel leakage, separate air chamber, sufficient burning, variable frequency control and PLC automatic control, etc al. SZL series biomass fired boiler is often used as biomass steam boiler to generate low pressure steam with rated evaporation capacity of 6-35 tons/h and rated pressure of 0.7-2.5 MPa. It also can be used as biomass hot water boiler to produce hot water. The designed thermal efficiency is up to 82%.

1. The overall structural arrangement is compact and reasonable, the structure form and water circulation circuit is simple and clear, the boiler structure is compact, covering small area, nice appearance and less civil engineering investment.

3. Boiler achieves the interlock protection of water supply, feeding, grate running, slag removal, FD & ID control, overpressure, high & low water level, ensure the safe operation of the boiler. Equipped with a complete thermal monitoring instrument and electronic control operating floor. FD & ID fan start and grate speed adjustment can be automatically operated. The boiler is equipped with overpressure alarm and water level automatic adjustment.

Coal boiler (also called coal fired boiler) is widely used to generate thermal energy by burning pulverized coal that is blown into the firebox. Coal can provide lower operating costs in comparison to other fossil fuels like oil or natural gas, it is one of the cleanest fossil fuels available today due to the state of the art computerized pulverized coal handling and combusting technology. Features of DZL Coal Boiler

1. Reasonable heat surface and burning device, heat efficiency is 4%～5% higher than national standard.
2. Reasonable flue gas speed, heating surface without ash deposition and no abrasion, under the condition of no soot-blowing, the boiler can work full-load, high-efficiency and safety in long term.
3. The big and tall boiler furnace can be designed according to the different fuel to improve the burning rate of fuel and remove black smoke.
4. All independent loop and reasonable coal boiler injected circulation are specially designed and adopted for the hot water boilers. The medium speed in loop of heat surface is higher than national standard.

5. 1-20T/H & 0.7-14MW boiler adopt big and high strength grate, add rolling device improves the boilers’ safety, lessen coal leakage and adjust burning conveniently.
6. Over 20T/H & 14MW boiler adopt flake type or beam type chain grate, less coal leakage, convenient burning adjustment. Closed soot cleaning avoid second pollution and save time and labor.
7. Dust inertia separation at the furnace outlet can reduce exhaust gas concentration and lessen abrasion of rear heat surface.

Coal Fired Steam Boiler for Textile factory Was Delivered to Pakistan
