Anthracite coal boiler was delivered to Hoan Vu Co., LTD in Vietnam by Taishan Group on October 18, 2017. The anthracite coal boiler model is DZL15-1.25-WIII, which is widely used in various industries to generate steam. Hoan Vu Co., LTD is a leading manufacturer in instant noodle industry in Vietnam, whose main products are instant noodle, beverages and food sauces, etc. They are very strict with their purchase process and the certification of their supplier. Taishan Boiler started the business with them since the year of 2012, and our coal boiler product quality and our attitude to the business gained their recognition.

Our anthracite coal boiler is specially designed based on the analysis of Vietnam anthracite coal samples which is taken from local market. The coal is different from soft coal, the heat value is very high and it is not easy to start fire in steam boiler furnace. Long-time burning will burn the chain grate out. So it is hard to burn out in common coal fired boiler, and the burning efficiency is low. The size of anthracite is petty. So it is easy to leak. Taishan Group did the research and made the special design for anthracite coal boiler.

After the first coal boiler order on Vietnam market since the year of 2009, DZL series anthracite coal boiler is famous in Vietnam local market, and the evaluation from the end user is very good.

Hoan Vu Co., LTD had purchased one set of DZL20-1.25-WIII anthracite coal steam boiler in the year of 2012. After 5-year stable operation, they are quite satisfied with Taishan brand coal fired boilers. They planned to enlarge their production capacity in the year 2018, so they placed the anthracite boiler order for the increasing steam demand.

This anthracite coal boiler will be installed in November 2017, and will run before December 31, 2017.

Hot Sale DZL Coal Fired Boiler

Coal boiler (also called coal fired boiler) is widely used to generate thermal energy by burning pulverized coal that is blown into the firebox. Coal can provide lower operating costs in comparison to other fossil fuels like oil or natural gas, it is one of the cleanest fossil fuels available today due to the state of the art computerized pulverized coal handling and combusting technology. Features of DZL Coal Boiler

1. Reasonable heat surface and burning device, heat efficiency is 4%～5% higher than national standard.
2. Reasonable flue gas speed, heating surface without ash deposition and no abrasion, under the condition of no soot-blowing, the boiler can work full-load, high-efficiency and safety in long term.
3. The big and tall boiler furnace can be designed according to the different fuel to improve the burning rate of fuel and remove black smoke.
4. All independent loop and reasonable coal boiler injected circulation are specially designed and adopted for the hot water boilers. The medium speed in loop of heat surface is higher than national standard.

5. 1-20T/H & 0.7-14MW boiler adopt big and high strength grate, add rolling device improves the boilers’ safety, lessen coal leakage and adjust burning conveniently.
6. Over 20T/H & 14MW boiler adopt flake type or beam type chain grate, less coal leakage, convenient burning adjustment. Closed soot cleaning avoid second pollution and save time and labor.
7. Dust inertia separation at the furnace outlet can reduce exhaust gas concentration and lessen abrasion of rear heat surface.
8. Compact structure makes its installation volume smaller than other types of boilers, it will shorten installation period and lower boiler room cost.
9. Big water volume benefits for power-off protection, high ability suitable for load changing.

Coal Fired Steam Boiler for Textile factory Was Delivered to Pakistan

Steam boiler is widely used to generate steam by burning the coal on the fire grate. Taishan Brand coal fired steam boilers are specially designed and optimized to produce low pressure and medium pressure steam in various range of applications. Our agent placed an order for coal fired steam boiler in December 2016, and the boiler model is DZL6-1.25-AII, the evaporation capacity is 6tons/h, the steam pressure is 1.25MPa and steam temperature is 193℃. This coal fired steam boiler would be installed in one textile factory to satisfy process steam demand.

After we took the order, our engineer communicated with our partner and redesigned the coal fired boiler in detail according to the steam requirement and the application environment where the coal steam boiler is installed. After two months hard work, the coal fired steam boiler was finished and packaged, then it was delivered to the final client in Pakistan.
